The Centre for Professional Learning (CPL) is a dedicated professional development venture of Vikram Deshmukh & Consultants (OPC) Pvt. Ltd., established to support the continuous, mentored, and policy-aligned professional growth of educators and school leaders.
CPL has been conceptualised in response to the evolving demands of NEP 2020, NCF–Foundational Stage, and NCF 2023, where teachers and academic leaders play a central role in translating policy vision into effective classroom practice.

Her leadership ensures that CPL programmes move beyond training delivery to deep professional learning, reflection, and sustained classroom impact.
Why Centre for Professional Learning (CPL)
Across schools, professional development has traditionally been limited to one-time workshops or compliance-driven orientations. While informative, such approaches often fail to result in sustained pedagogical or institutional change.
CPL addresses this gap by positioning professional learning as a continuous institutional process, focusing on capacity building, reflective practice, and academic leadership, aligned with national education reforms and real school contexts.
Vision
To contribute to the development of professional, reflective, and policy-aligned educators who are equipped to create meaningful, inclusive, and developmentally appropriate learning environments.
Purpose
CPL works with schools to:
Core Focus Areas

Institutional Positioning
CPL functions as a Centre for Professional Learning, not a training wing.
It is positioned as a long-term academic and professional partner to schools, operating within the larger advisory ecosystem of Vikram Deshmukh & Consultants (OPC) Pvt. Ltd., which works at the intersection of education, law, governance, and institutional strategy.
Our Commitment
CPL is committed to supporting schools in moving from policy awareness to sustained, meaningful implementation, by investing in the professional growth of educators and leaders who shape the future of learning.
